Rosemary-Beer Chicken Drumsticks


Tonight I grilled up some delicious, savory chicken legs and thought I would share with you!
I ended up marinading them for 3 days and they turned out amazing.

Marinade:

  • Fresh, Course ground pepper (lots)
  • Ground Pink salt (Trader Joe’s)
  • Rosemary
  • Smoked paprika (Costco)
  • Garlic powder/parsley combo (Costco)
  • Worcestershire
  • Red wine Vinegar
  • Sesame oil
  • Beer (I used Simpler Times Lager from Trader’s)

    Combine all ingredients with chicken in plastic bag and leave in fridge

Grill for 20 min per side on medium-ish heat.
I threw on an orange bell pepper on the grill too, and it complimented nicely.

Eat as fast as you can.
